Should you receive your order damaged - contact us for a replacement, no questions asked.
If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, contact us here within 30 days for a full refund.
Our money back guarantee policy. Due to a number of people exploiting our generous offer, please note the following:
1 Bottle Orders
Please follow the instructions which come with your order, and take for the recommended minimum number of days as recommended on the website you purchase from. It is highly unlikely that any positive effects will be seen before then.
Should you be one of the people for which our product does not have a great effect, simply return for a full refund.
2 Bottle Orders
We are happy to offer a full refund for 2 bottle orders as long as you return the unopened bottle. The overwhelming amount of customers see an effect while taking a one bottle course, and due to a number of unscrupulous customers returning 2 completely empty bottles we have had to protect ourselves.
Should you start the second bottle and want to return your order, we will refund you half of your payment (50%), on receipt of the one empty bottle and one partly use bottle.
3 Bottle Orders
Return 2 unopened bottles and 1 opened bottle and receive 100% refund.
Return 1 unopened bottle and 2 opened bottle and receive 66% refund.
Return 3 opened bottles and receive a 33% refund.
This does not effect your Statutory Rights.

All raw materials are analyzed by the manufacturing facility in house Pharmacy guaranteeing that all ingredients meet or exceed the specific product specifications.
Products are tested throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that all ingredients have correctly mixed to meet product specification.
Supplements are also tested again during making up in to capsules/tablets to make certain of potency and weight.
Following tableting, all products pass through a quality control inspection, rejecting any broken or damaged products.
